Affordable Discounted Party Rates 

Rates Includes: Party Hall, Chairs, Banquet Tables, Rectangle Tables, Stage, Dance Floor, Refrigerator, Microwave, Drink Cooler Gazebo plus a free time for set-up and take down. Add $150 for Cleanup 50 people or less $250 for 51 people or more.  5 hrs Minimum on Saturday, 4 hrs Minimum on Sunday

• 3 Hours Party is $597.00 plus free 1 hr. for setup and Take Down (Monday to Friday only)
• 4 Hours Party is $796.00 plus free 1 hr. for set up/TD  (Sundays Only)
• 5 Hours Party is $995.00 (plus free 2 hours for set-up and take down)
• 6 Hours Party is $1,194.00 (plus free 2 hours for set-up and take down)
• 7 Hours Party is $1,3930.00 (plus free 2 hours for set-up and take down) More hours available​
